One of the first things you will notice when you arrive is the space this villa enjoys, the properties on this cul-de-sac are nicely spaced out giving you plenty of privacy, we know you will feel at home. The whole community of Greater Groves is beautifully kept and well presented ensuring your holiday remains special with memories to last a life time.

Apart from its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this villa benefits from a south facing private pool ensuring the best of the sunshine all day long, its the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the parks.

As you enter the villa from the front the first room you come to is the dining room, set up and ready to use. You will see from the moment you walk in that this villa can easily accommodate two or more families.

Leading off are two of the bedrooms and access to the pool through sliding patio doors. Walking on through will take you to the kitchen area.

Looking back towards the dining room gives you a good view of the kitchen area. You will find everything you need for preparing a simple breakfast or a complete dinner for the family, to give everybody more time by the pool a dishwasher is provided.

There is a telephone on the wall giving you free local calls (long distance will incur a charge)

At the back of the kitchen is a doorway leading to the utility room, where you will find a washing machine and dryer if you need to use one. There is also a fire extinguisher hung on the wall in case of emergencies.

As well as the family dining room this villa benefits from a very spacious and comfortable lounge area where you can sit back watch television or just put your feet up and relax. There is another set of patio door's taking you out to the pool.

There is also another dining table and chair's for you to use.

Door's leading off the lounge take you into the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Looking from the back of the villa gives you a good view of the 30' x 15' south facing pool, the perfect place to sunbath, cool off or just relax between those busy days at the parks!The Lanai at the back of the pool is a great place to get together on those warm Florida evenings and plan your days out.

Having spacious en suite bathrooms is a nice way of keeping your privacy when there are two or more families staying in the same villa.

All of the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage.

There are two bedrooms with full sized double beds and three of the bedrooms are twins.

The community of Greater Groves prides itself on its amenities for all age groups and all guests staying at our villa have full use of the facilities, these include; A basketball court, two tennis courts a fully enclosed, sand based children's play area and a large communal swimming pool with plenty of sun beds for relaxing on.
